I know what it's like to feel lost, confused and broken. To believe that I'm alone in the struggle. I also know what happens on the other side. My belief is that every challenge, every struggle is an opportunity to grow, to learn, to progress.
My greatest passion is bringing healing and growth to people of all ages who have experienced trauma and loss. I help my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as seen, heard, valued and safe. Together, you and I can discover what beliefs, thoughts and feelings are holding you back in order to shift the pattern.
There's no other way to know your potential without going through adversity. Strength, courage, resilience are the gifts of your challenges. Additionally, I'm well-versed in treating individuals, couples and families struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I adapt my style and techniques to attend to individual needs and personalities.
When I am not in session I am usually at home, under a pile of blankets, with my two dogs and most likely either listening to a podcast, expanding my therapeutic knowledge or watching a true crime documentary. You’ll also find me around town on the hunt for the city’s best Mac & Cheese (recommendations welcome).
