Q: What are the session costs?
A: In terms of your investment, each session (virtual or in-person) ranges from $118-138*. The session fee is collected at time of service. I accept credit/debit cards, cash or FSA/HSA cards.
*If you are using insurance, your session cost is dependent on your specific plan, coverage and deductible.
Upon request, I also offer an ability to pay scale or reduced fee for individuals/family systems.
Q: How long are sessions?
A: Sessions are, on average, 50 minutes in length. But just because we only see each other face-to-face once a week, every other week, or whenever, I am a part of your support system + your personal cheerleader 7 days a week!
Don’t worry, once we get a session on the books, I will send you additional info + instructions + directions.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes! I am currently only in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield but am able to accept all other insurance providers out-of-network!
If you wish to utilize insurance that I am not in-network with, you still have some options! Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. I can provide you with a billing receipt at the end of the month so you can receive out-of-network benefits!

Q: How long will therapy take? // How many sessions will I need?
A: Great question! I have a very vague + general answer for you though: It depends. Every client’s needs + circumstances + presenting problems + schedules are different. Some clients might come in looking for more of a solution-based therapy and hoping for only a few sessions, and others might come in seeking a more long-term supportive relationship. During or after your first session, we will discuss the frequency of visits that best fits your needs + schedule + budget.
Q: Do you offer virtual (video) sessions?
A: Yes! Virtual sessions are available for any individual, couple or family system within the state of KS. I also offer traditional in-person sessions at my office!
